Weiler Gets RRAC Setter of the Week
Photo: Brittany Weiler settingThe Red River Athletic Conference awards University of St. Thomas volleyball player Brittany Weiler RRAC Setter of the Week for dates of Oct. 15-21.

Weiler, a senior setter from Deer Park, Texas, dished out 87 assists in two victories for an average of 12.4 assists per set. She had 37 assists against Huston-Tillotson University. She also had 50 sets against the University of the Southwest and scooped up 25 digs and five service aces. UST sits at 7-2 in the RRAC and 13-16 overall. St. Thomas is currently ranked third in the RRAC.

"Through all of the injuries and setbacks our team has faced this season, we have finally come together on the court as the team we are supposed to be,” Weiler said. “It takes all 10 of us to accomplish each win and award that we receive."
