The University of St. Thomas was recognized for two digital projects recently by the Higher Education Marketing Report. In the Education Digital Marketing Awards, St. Thomas received Merit Awards for the launch of the new stthom.edu website in the institutional website category and the admissions video in the digital video category.
The University of St. Thomas launched new website on July 9, featuring streamlined navigation, more vibrant images and engaging content to appeal to prospective students, their families and friends of the University. The new website showcases the University’s mission of a Catholic liberal arts education that educates leaders of faith and character. See the full story about the website (PDF).
In the new admissions video, released on June 21, three students share their St. Thomas experiences in student life, research and Campus Ministry. From being active in clubs and The Summa newspaper, to doing research in a biochemistry lab or playing guitar in the weekly Spanish Mass, students connect with other students and faculty while they prepare for a career and explore their faith.
The Education Digital Marketing Awards recognizes the best educational websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media and social media. A national panel of industry specialists reviewed each piece, judging creativity, marketing execution, message impact, technology application and innovation content.
According to its website, the Higher Education Marketing Report is the most widely read publication for educational marketers.
