Amber Arceneaux-Francis Signs with Lady Celts Basketball Team

Amber Arceneaux-Francis signed a letter of intent to play for the University of St. Thomas inaugural women’s basketball team on June 30.

Arceneaux-Francis comes to St. Thomas from Cisco Junior College and Dulles High School. At Cisco she was a go-to player averaging 11points per game and 5 rebounds per game earning All Conference 2nd team honors. On the high school level at Dulles she was an immense talent and averaged 12 PPG and 6 RPG earning All-District 1st team honors, and was even named a greater Houston player of the week in her senior season.

She plans on majoring in pre-med and business.
