Celts Lose to LSU-Shreveport
Travis LampleyThe University of St. Thomas Men’s Basketball team lost to LSU-Shreveport 69-65 at the Saturday afternoon game in Houston. UST could not hold on to a 10 point lead at the half, leaving the Celts with a 7-6 record overall and 5-2 in the Red River Athletic Conference. UST junior Travis Lampley led the Celts with 14 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds. The LSU-Shreveport Pilots all-conference forward Derrick Parker stood out with 16 points and 16 rebounds.
