    DOE Grant Funds International Studies Certificate
    The University of St. Thomas was awarded a two-year grant for approximately $176,000 from the U.S. Department of Education’s Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language Program.

    CIS Appoints CIS Fellows for US-Japan Initiative
    As part of a new U.S.-Japan Initiative, the Center for International Studies at the University of St. Thomas announces the appointments of two CIS Fellows for 2014-15. Kei Ashizawa and Ginger Koto Vaughn will assist the Center in design, programming and outreach related to the U.S.-Japan Initiative.
