Scholarship Forms 2009-2010 Catholic School Teacher/Lay Minister Scholarship Application 2009-2010 Parish Scholarship Program – This application is no longer available for the 09-10 school year. Please contact the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid in March 2010 to apply for the 10-11 school year. 2009-2010 Continuing Student Scholarship Application - This application is now only available online through: https://stthom.scholarships.ngwebsolutions.com/.

Financial Aid Revision Request
