To better assist with the lender selection process, we have provided a list of sample lenders for your convenience.

 

The lender is the institution from which the money is actually borrowed, but the interest rates and terms of the loan are set by the U.S. Department of Education.

 

This list is by no means exclusive, you have the right to choose any participating lender in the FFELP (Federal Family Education Loan Program), whether they are included on the Sample Lender List or not.
