Graduate Program Admission Requirements
Admission to the University of St. Thomas Cameron School of Business Graduate Programs (MBA and MSA) requires the following criteria:
- Students must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any field of study.
- Admission is based on a combination of Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score and undergraduate grade point average (GPA).
- Applicants' qualifications are also judged based on three letters of recommendation from professional or academic sources.
- For applicants holding another graduate degree, (master's or higher) the GMAT requirement is waived.
Additional Requirements for International Students:
- TOEFL scores. A minimum score of 550 (written), 213 (computer based) 79 (internet based) or ELS Level 112 test is required for admission.
- Official evaluation of foreign transcripts course by course and the degree
- Provide a statement showing financial support.
This school is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students. Candidates from foreign countries will be considered for admission on a fulltime basis only and must plan to earn a degree from UST.

Applicants with undergraduate degrees from within the United States
Summer semester: April 7
Fall semester: July 15

International Students

After You are Accepted
After you are accepted you will receive two important documents in the mail.
- Your acceptance letter. This will contain your UST student ID number and any conditions of your acceptance (such as prerequisite courses that you need to complete).
- Your student record which is your personal program guideline.
Orientation programs at the University of St. Thomas provide opportunities for students to get to know the university, the faculty and some of their classmates. Our orientation programs are specially designed to provide specific information for new students and to help you register for classes.
UST offers several important resources on our Web site for current students. myStThom is an online student portal that allows you to register for your courses, view grades, check status of financial aid (if you have applied for it) and pay your bill. You can check your campus e-mail using Webmail. Blackboard is the course management software you and your instructors will share.
