Admitted Students
Congratulations on your acceptance into the UST Community! It has surely been a lot of work to get this far, but there are still a few more steps that need to be taken to ensure your smooth transition into UST.
What Do I Do Now?
It is very important to set up your myStThom and Webmail accounts so that we can keep you informed of all the different services UST provides. If you have not yet set up your myStThom and Webmail accounts, click here and follow the instructions.
Once you have activated your accounts, follow this list of next steps:
- Admissions – Send in any missing paperwork and final transcripts to the Admissions Office to complete your application (High School transcripts need to show a graduation date). You can check your myStThom for an Admissions checklist of any items you still need to turn in to the Admissions office.
- Financial Aid – Don’t forget to complete and submit your FAFSA to UST (Don’t know UST’s FAFSA code? It’s 003654). Contact your Financial Aid counselor if you have any questions regarding Financial Aid. A Financial Aid package will be sent to you in the mail shortly after submission of your FAFSA.
- Campus Housing – Campus housing is available. Be sure to submit your Housing Application to the Office of Residence Life. If you did not receive the Housing Application, find out how you can apply here.
- Registration – You will be registering for classes during a Registration Program hosted by UST. RSVP cards for this program will be sent to you in the mail. Fill out the form and send it back as soon as you receive it to reserve your space.
- Business Office – Once you receive and accept your Financial Aid package, check to see if you have any remaining balances due to UST. To set up a payment plan for the remaining balance, contact the Business Office.
- Orientation – The opportunity to meet your fellow classmates as well as to inform yourself on all the resources and services UST has to offer, you are invited to attend an Orientation program. The RSVP invitation and cards for Orientation will be mailed to you. Fill out the RSVP card and send it back ASAP.
If you have any other questions regarding your next steps, please contact the Admissions Office by phone or e-mail.
