1.  A cumulative grade point average of 2.50 or higher for all college work completed is required of all transfer applicants.
2. Applicants with 24 or more transferable academic hours will be evaluated solely on their college work, evidenced by final, official transcripts from every institution of higher education attended.
3. Applicants with fewer than 24 transferable academic hours will be considered on the same basis as freshman applicants except that they will need to also submit a final, official transcript from every institution of higher education attended to complete their application.
4. Transfer applicants must be eligible to return to the last institution attended. 

Returning Continuing Students

Students that are returning to UST in a time period shorter than two years and that have not attended another institution will be reactivated when the fill out the abbreviated application form in the Office of the Registrar.  After being reactivated, returning continuing students can continue with their studies as if they never left the University.
