UNDERGRADUATE - TRANSFER STUDENTS
Compressed Track
The Compressed Track is the scheduling option for students who may be limited to attending evening classes during the work week and who are interested in shortening the time it will take them to complete their degree program. Courses in this track meet from 7:00- 9:45 pm either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday in two 7½-week sub-sessions during each of the fall and spring semesters. In the summer UST offers two 5½-week sessions. This makes it possible for a student to complete as many as 24 credits in a single calendar year.

To schedule courses in the Compressed Track, a student must have accumulated at least 60 hours of college credits or have the permission of the Coordinator of Adult Student Enrollment Services and their academic advisers. If approved to take courses in the Compressed Track, a student may take undergraduate courses in all other scheduling options available at UST without further approvals required.

Degrees in the Compressed Track
Taking only courses offered in the Compressed Track, if attending full-time, a student can complete requirements for a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or General Studies in as few as 18 months depending on the number of credits accepted in transfer. However, because Compressed Track courses are concentrated and demanding, most students elect to study on a part-time basis.
