Lee Holm

Hello, my name is Lee Holm, and I am the Associate Director of Admissions here at the University of St. Thomas. I am considered a jack-of-all-trades around the office, but I mostly look forward to helping adult and transfer students plan their degrees. At times the admissions and financial aid processes can seem taxing, my job is to help you understand and complete the processes; after all, mastering the class material should be the challenging part!

Although I am not a native Texan, I certainly claim Texas as my home. I am a graduate of Cy-Fair High School. My family chose UST because we wanted a great university that focused on the needs of students. It is fair to describe me as a "high-maintenance" student- I knew that I needed to attend a university with professors that would interact with me both in and out of class. I received my B. A. with a major in Communication and a minor in Philosophy in 1995. Still hungry for knowledge, I remained a student at UST and finished a Master in Liberal Arts degree with a concentration in Philosophy in 1998. I truly enjoy working for my alma mater and I look forward to helping you complete the next stage in your academic life.
