During Orientation, you and your family get to know the St. Thomas campus community, our programs, other students and their families.

Most importantly, at Orientation, you become a Celt.

Freshman Orientation
Wednesday-Saturday, August 19-22, 2015

All new students are invited to campus for an orientation program designed specifically for their needs. Orientation is required each day. As part of Orientation, you will attend your first class and move into the residence hall, if you are living on campus. Registration for Orientation is required, so please register at the link below.

Transfer Student Orientation
Tuesday, August 18 at 5 p.m. (Scanlan Room, Jerabeck Center) for students over the age of 25 or transferring more than 30 hours, or

Thursday, August 20 at 8:30 a.m. (Scanlan Room, Jerabeck Center) for students under 25 or transferring less than 30 hours

All transfer students are required to attend one Orientation session prior to their first day of class. We have tailored two different sessions to fit the needs of our transfer students, so please attend the one that is most convenient to you. At your session, you will hear from multiple offices on campus about how they can help you achieve success while at UST. If you attend the Thursday session you will have an opportunity to join one of our many clubs on campus.

Graduate Student Orientation
Tuesday, August 18 at 5 p.m. (Scanlan Room, Jerabeck Center)

This Orientation is for students in the MLA, Center for Faith and Culture, and Philosophy graduate departments. The School of Education and Cameron School of Business handle their own orientations, so students in those programs should contact those offices directly.
