 We strive to create programs and educational opportunities that focus on the 7 Aspects of Wellness. These are physical wellness, social wellness, intellectual wellness, spiritual wellness, emotional wellness, occupational wellness, and environmental wellness.

Health Services
Because there is currently no health center on campus, UST partners with The University of Texas Health Services (UTHS) in the Texas Medical Center to provide medical assistance to students.
- UTHS is located at 7000 Fannin, Suite 1620, in the Texas Medical Center.
- UTHS is listed as a Primary Care Provider with Medicare and most insurance plans.
- The Office of Health Promotion and Wellness covers the first $25 for students who visit the clinic needing medical assistance.
- Transportation to and from UTHS can be arranged by calling UST Security at 713.525.3888.
- Questions about service may be directed to the Office of Health Promotion and Wellness at 713.525.3513 or wellness@stthom.edu.
- If you have questions about medical services available or to make an appointment to see a physician, please call UTHS at 713.500.3248.

- Harris County Hospital District offers eligible individuals a Gold Card, which can provide discounted health services for those without insurance. To apply for Gold Card assistance, please visit the Harris County Hospital District Website at http://www.hchc.tmc.edu or call 713.566.6509.

UST Shuttle Service
- Shuttle hours are Monday - Friday 12pm - 5pm running from August until May and are currently driven by UST security officers to and from UTHS.
- Please call security to let them know what time your appointment is scheduled for and schedule pick up time.
- The shuttle is located between Guinan Residence Hall and the Moran Center parking garage on Graustark in the circle drive.
