Residence Life Staff
 Consisting of a Director, Coordinator of Residence Life, 3 Area Coordinators (AC), 13 Resident Assistants (RA), 8 Sophomore Advisors (SA) the Residence Life staff maintains one of the highest staff to student ratios in the country.
These staff members participate in a two-week training program and are trained in conflict resolution, roommate mediation, community development, crisis intervention, first aid, and CPR.
It least one staff member is on-call each night and 24 hours on the weekends. The Guinan Front Desk is also staffed 24 hours daily, when classes are in session. Whether it is a crisis situation or a minor maintenance concern, the Residence Life staff is prepared to assist our residents. |
