I joined because I wanted to help make all the residence feel half as at home and welcome as I did my first year, and to help, care, and support them in all they do. The best part about being on staff is witnessing first hand all the differences you are making in each life. As an incoming freshmen I was lost and didn't know much about what was offered to the students of UST. I decided that I wanted to be on staff not only to help the ones that are lost but also guide the ones who are reaching their hands for help. The reason why I would say that I love staff is because there are so many of us who have different ideas and when they are put together you have ResLife Staff of 2009-2010!
