Our Conference Housing Team consists of a Director, Coordinator and student Conference Assistants.
The Director and Coordinator of Conference Housing work in conjunction to manage all aspects of the conference housing operation, while Conference Assistants assist in servicing the needs of summer conference guests housed in the University of St. Thomas residence halls. These staff members participate in a one-week training program and are trained in customer service, unique conference needs and conference accommodations.
At least one staff member is on-call each night and 24 hours on the weekends. The Guinan Front Desk is also staffed 24 hours daily during the Summer Conference Season. Whether you need a special accommodation or have a minor maintenance concern, the Conference Housing staff is prepared to assist our guests.
