Housing Contract Information
Please make sure you review your 2013-2014 Terms and Conditons. All students are required to read the terms and conditions each year before you sign the contract. Here are some things that you need to know about the contract:
The contract is a legally binding document and you need to know the following:
- The contract is for the entire academic year, both Fall and Spring semesters. One semester contracts are available for Spring only. Contact the Residence Life office for additional information if you have a study abroad trip, or if you are graduating in the Fall.
- All residents are required to have an approved university meal plan. Only students who live in Young Hall are eligible for apartment meal plan.
- The contract is only for a space on campus and does not guarantee a specific assignment.
Penalty for Cancelling Your Housing Contract
We look forward to having you live on-campus again, but we know that plans may change. If you decide to cancel your contract, you may incur financial charges. Please read over your contract carefully under the Cancellation Section and contact the Residence Life office directly if you have additional questions about properly cancelling your contract. |
