Maintenance Request
Use the form below to submit a maintenance request to ResLife. Please allow 3-5 days for the maintenance staff to address your issue. For emergency service contact the R.A on call after business hours or the Office of Residence Life during business hours. Also, please make sure that your roommate is notified that you have submitted a maintenance request.
