Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residence hall visitors and prospective residents
  • Provide general residence hall information to callers and transfer to the appropriate office for additional assistance
  • Assist residents' guests with the sign in and sign out procedures during visitation hours
  • Monitor residence hall alarm system and video monitors
  • Provide top customer service to our residents and their hall needs
  • Accurately log and notify residents of deliveries and packages at the front desk
