Residence Council is the student governing board within the residential communities of UST. Every resident on campus is an automatic member of the council and all are encouraged to play an active part in the group's decision making process.    ResCouncil allows every resident to use their voice and ideas to make sure the residence hall community is supporting the university's mission of goodness, discipline, and knowlege.

Take a look at some of the examples of how Residence Council has improved our students' quality of living over the years:

• Free parking for all on-campus residents
• More vegetarian and special dietary options in our campus dining facilities
• Installing a change machine in the Guinan laundry room for a better washing experience
• Increased lighting around the residence halls that helps to maintain a safe living environment
• Creating and running a nightly after-hours concession stand for that late-night snack craving
• Purchasing of more gaming equipment for the Guinan Hall lobby
