The Moran Center, named after Louise Jarret and W.T. Moran, is open to all students, employees, and visitors of St. Thomas. Students may park in the 880-space garage for a fee of $75 per semester, payable at the Business Office. Entry is made from West Alabama on to Graustark.

Visitors may park in the Moran Center Parking Garage for $2.00 per day. Simply enter the garage, park, and when at the exit gate, feed payment into the cash machines.  Exit machines only accept $1, $5, and QUARTERS.  Each gate has an exit cash machine. UST students and employees may also pay the $2.00 daily rate.

Permits are also required to park in student lot S from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. To purchase a permit, please click on the link below.  You must report to the Security Office to receive your permit sticker.  Without this sticker, you will be denied parking access.  Purchase of the Student Parking Permit indicates reading and understanding of Student Parking Regulations.  For information, call the Security Office at Ext. 3888.
