In only his 2nd year as the Men's Soccer coach at UST, Coach "Champ" led the Celts to a .500 record. After finishing a successful career that included four conference championships & a Coach of the Year honor at Bellevue University in Nebraska, "Champ" came south to launch Soccer at UST. Coach Champenoy has over a decade of experience working in youth soccer.

Jill Reynolds, Head Women’s Volleyball Coach
Coach Reynolds just completed her third year as the Head Volleyball Coach at UST and was named Coach of the Year by the AII. The Lady Celts won the AII tourney and qualified for the NAIA volleyball national tournament. Coach Reynolds has a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Sam Houston State.

Todd Smith, Athletic Director and Men’s Basketball Coach
Coach Smith joined the UST athletic family in June of 2008. After 18 years at Rice University, Coach Smith was selected to lead the St. Thomas Athletic Department and restart the men’s basketball program. While at Rice, "Smitty" developed and directed the Rice Owl summer basketball camps.
