This class also offers outstanding stretching without intensive impact on the joints. In addition, people who regularly participate in Yoga Fusion feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.

Cardio Body Sculpt
Cardio Body Sculpt is a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as, dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, and strength/endurance training with weighted body bars, followed by an intense abdominal workout.

Guts & Glutes
This 30-minute class concentrates on strengthening the abs, the lower back and the muscles of the gluteus. Including a short warm-up and cool down, this class may be abbreviated in length, but the benefits are long-lasting.

Yoga at Your Desk
It's great to do a yoga routine before or after work, but what about incorporating yoga stretches into the rest of your day? This is especially important for college students, or people whose jobs require them to sit at a desk in front of a computer for long hours, resulting in back pain and repetitive stress injuries. Just taking a few minutes to do stretches at your desk can relieve stress, increase productivity, and most importantly, make you feel better.

All classes are FREE for UST and ELS students, faculty/staff and Jerabeck Activity and Athletic Center alumni/community members.
