Notes:
Clubs are required to attend all meetings and will serve probation with the absence of two or more meetings.
All forms can be found online or at the COC Office located at the Student Activities suite on the first floor of Crooker Center.

Notes:
All funding request and new club request paperwork are due on the designated due dates in the COC mailbox located in the Student Activities suite on the first floor of the Crooker Center @ 5:30pm.
All Council of Clubs meetings take place in the COC room on the first and third thursdays in (2nd floor Crooker Center) at 12:30 p.m.
November budget updates are due in COC mailbox located in the Student Activities suite on the first floor of the Crooker Center on Thursday, December 6 @ 5:30pm.
April and May budget updates are due in the COC mailbox located in the Student Activities suite on the first floor of the Crooker Center on the last day of classes, Friday, May 2 @ 5:30pm.
