Cool Points: I’m married with three daughters (a set of twins in there). I received a scholarship to play football at Edinboro University in Erie, Pennsylvania.  I performed a stand-up comedy routine in December, 2003, at Jr.’s Last Laugh in Erie.  My father was a starting wide receiver for Ohio State in the early 1970s under legendary coach Woody Hayes.  I have published essays in Catholic Social Science Review, Catholic World Report, Crisis Magazine, Homiletic and Pastoral Review, Social Justice Review, and New Blackfriars. “The Professor Who Knows Our Name” will be published (September 2014) in Schall at Georgetown, a collection of essays in honor of the renowned political philosopher Fr. James Schall.
