Thank you for your interest in applying to the GRACE Program.
Applications are available below and are due by February 1st. The new cohort will begin the two-year commitment at the beginning of each June.

How to apply to GRACE:
There are three main parts to the application process: the GRACE community application, the University of St. Thomas application, and the Archdiocese application.
- GRACE community application:
- Fill out and send in specific GRACE application which includes filling out relevant work and educational experience and writing a three-page essay.
- Once your application has been reviewed, there will be an interview process in March.

- Master of Education Application:
- Create an account and apply through: https://www.applyweb.com/apply/stthom_education/
- Send a copy of official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended.
- Graduate Record Exam scores or Miller's Analogy Test Scores (if required)
- Two Reference Forms or Two letters of Reference
- An interview with the Resource Area Program Director is a requirement of admission. Please contact the M.Ed. Office for information on scheduling an interview appointment. (not sure if this is true?)

- An official transcript (or U.S. Equivalency report, if your degree was received outside the U.S.) mailed to the Director of Teacher Personnel in the Catholic School Office at the address below.
- Three professional referrals (from supervisors of your paid, volunteer or college work) or have your university career office mail a placement folder (if available) to the Director of Teacher Personnel at the address below.

For admission into the Master of Education Program:
- Option A
- GPA 2.75 in last 60 hours or overall
- Two recommendations to academic ability, character, and professionalism, and GRE Combined Verbal and Quantitative Score of 800 and 3.5 on the Analytical Writing Section, or a MAT score of 394
- Option B
- GPA 3.00 in last 60 hours or overall
- Two recommendations to academic ability, character, and professionalism
- UST GPA of 3.5 in first 12 hours, including at least one core course or a course designated by the program advisor
- Option C
- GPA 3.25 in last 60 hours or overall
- Two recommendations to academic ability, character, and professionalism
- Option D
- Hold an advanced degree
- GPA 3.0 in advanced degree
- Two recommendations to academic ability, character, and professionalism

Although the deadlines are all February 1st, the program has rolling enrollment, meaning it will continue to accept applicants until all spots are filled.The earlier you apply the better.
