Spiritual Growth
 Emphasis is placed on the Catholic education tradition of the Congregation of St. Basil in teaching Goodness, Discipline and Knowledge.
- As teachers and potential leaders for the future of Catholic education, GRACE teachers value growth in their own faith and their spirituality as Catholic educators and actively support other members of their communities in this growth.
- GRACE offers opportunities for spiritual retreats and other support to encourage each person's spiritual growth throughout the program and in specific coursework.
- GRACE teachers take initiative to develop their own spiritual life in the context of their faith based community, the wider GRACE Program and in their schools.
- GRACE teachers are willing to share their faith and seek to contribute to the spiritual growth of their communities and schools.
