Universidad San Pablo CEU
Madrid, Spain

Madrid Housing Services for Students: Erasmus and International students have different opportunities for accommodation in Madrid. The most common are entering a “Colegio Mayor” (a students´ hall of residence), a university residence hall, or a non-university residence hall, or renting an apartment.
The “Colegios Mayores” and university residence halls are very popular among students. They carry out selection processes and in general it is mandatory to contract them for the entire year. (see http://www.uspceu.com/). This type of accommodation is more expensive. Non-university residence halls offer a variety of options as to the type of accommodations, prices and the variety of renters. Finally, students may choose to rent an apartment, which is usually shared. The average price of a room in a shared apartment is usually between 350 to 400 Euros a month.
