Payments
- Payments need to be made in the Business Office. Please specify account name (Ireland, Italy, Merida, France, Argentina, London, etc).
- You must bring copy of all payments to Diana Garcia in Tiller Hall for posting
- Students with UST scholarships need to make arrangements with the Financial Aid. The Business Office should provide a letter of proof (can be via email) to Study Abroad office.

Financial Aid Office
- Financial Aid for Summer courses is processed after registration of the courses and classes have started. Your stthom account will reflect a balance until all is posted.
Diana Garcia will submit these class registration forms as soon as the whole group has submitted them.
- Students relying on financial aid must request a letter from the Business Office stating the availability of funds in your account for study abroad.

Study Abroad Scholarships
- UST Study Abroad Scholarships Winter 2009. Click here for forms. The deadline to turn in your application and recommendation forms will be November 7, 2008.
- UST Study Abroad Scholarships Summer 2009. Click here for forms. Your deadline to turn in your application and recommendation forms will be March 6, 2009.
- There is a list of scholarships that can be accessed via our website at Study Abroad Scholarships.

UST Class Registration Form
(Please do not turn your registration form to the Registrar's Office).
- Class Registration Forms need to be completed and turned in to the Study Abroad Office. (Please be sure email address is legible.)
- The Study Abroad Office Advisor is responsible for signing the registration forms.

Study Abroad Meetings
There will be a number of mandatory meetings for the students participating in UST Study Abroad Programs. All meetings are on Friday evenings in order to accommodate students and parents.
- ALL Passport information is due immediately UPON REGISTRATION.
