MASTER IN LIBERAL ARTS
Concentrations
All students in the MLA program complete a concentration in a particular discipline or area of study. Students are required to complete a minimum of 18 credit hours (and a maximum of 21 credit hours) toward their concentration. Students may elect to pursue two concentrations, either simultaneously or consecutively. Students can choose between the following concentrations.

Applied Music
Catholic Studies
Communication
Drama
English
French
History
Interdisciplinary Studies*
International Studies
Irish Studies
Medieval Studies
Philosophy
Political Science
Public Administration
Psychology
Russian Studies
Social Justice Studies
Spanish
Theology
Women, Culture and Society


*The Interdisciplinary Studies concentration is recommended for students with broad interdisciplinary academic interests that span across two or more disciplines.
