Minor in Communication
A Communication minor can be combined with a major from another department with approval of the Communication Department. A total of 18 hours in Communication comprise the minor.
The following courses are required:
- Public Speaking (COMM 1331)
- Introduction to Mass Media (COMM 2361)
- One course from the following: Rhetorical Dimensions of the Media (COMM 3370), Media Ethics (COMM 4375) or Communication Theory (COMM4383)
The remaining 9 hours require approval from Department Chair Dr. Robin Williamson |
