Registrar Offers Free Transcript, New Services

In the midst of class registration for the spring semester and with December graduation right around the corner, the Office of the Registrar is implementing a series of changes to assist St. Thomas students as they continue their academic journey.

Free Transcripts

Effective fall 2013, each student that graduates is entitled to one free transcript, which can be picked up with their diploma pending all financial and academic holds are removed.

Academic Advising Reports

Students can now track degree requirements and stay on track for graduation from the comfort of their home with their myStThom portal.

New Course Waitlist

In an effort to alleviate course overrides, a new waitlist system has been implemented on all Cameron School of Business courses and certain School of Arts and Science courses for the spring semester. This waitlist places students in priority status for closed courses and enrolls them in the course should a spot become available. The waitlist is expected to be incorporated into all courses by fall 2014.

Graduation Application

Complete graduation applications, or intent to graduate forms, online through your myStThom portal. Students must still meet with their advisors, who must sign off on the application.

Diploma Names

The name that will be printed on the diploma will be the name that is on your official UST documents. If you would like the name on your diploma changed you must submit a name change form to the Office of the Registrar. The name change form is available in your myStThom portal.
