The Alumni Association Board of Directors
- Manages, directs, controls and administers the affairs and business of the Association
- Is responsible for all financial matters of the Association
- Determines and sets all matters of policy for the Association
- Acts for, and in behalf of the Association in all matters within the jurisdiction of the Board of Directors
The membership of the Board of Directors consists of eighteen Directors elected by the Board from the alumni membership at large. Six Directors will be elected each year, to serve for a term of three years.
It is the responsibility of each Board member to actively participate in the University community, and involve non-Board Association members in order to represent their opinion on all issues relating to the University - academic, administrative, financial, and social.
