About The Alumni Association
Alumni Association LogoThe UST Alumni Association is an organization dedicated to serving alumni interests, while strengthening the connection between alumni and the University. Alumni are key to ongoing efforts to maintain and boost UST’s excellence. The Alumni Association keeps alumni aware and invested in UST through communications and events. The Alumni Association is your portal to the entire University.

The Association is committed to the preservation of the University founders' conviction that the two aspects of the University's mission, intellectual and spiritual, are not merely compatible but mutually supportive and are best expressed in a curriculum that requires the study of theology and philosophy as an integrating framework for the other academic subjects.

Who's Eligible?
All persons who have attended the University of St. Thomas, regardless of length of study, are identified as alumni and are lifetime members of the Association. The UST Alumni Association is a non-due paying organization.

The 15,000 members of the Association span the nation and globe. While UST alumni can be found in many faraway locales and have been active in organizing regional chapters in their areas, approximately half of the UST alumni family lives in the greater Houston area. The Association is directed by a board of 18 alumni who serve on various committees. There are four active committees: Communications, Development, Nominations and Social Committee.
