To create a forum of students to gain knowledge about careers by pairing them with UST alumni who will provide the benefit of their professional experience and insight.

Student Benefits of the Program – Students will develop a network of resources that will help them achieve their career goals. Students will learn about career development and have your career questions answered. They may also have the opportunity to attend professional meetings and job shadow, in addition to learning about industry trends, the hidden job market, the power of networking, interviewing strategies, plus much more!
Mentor Benefits of the Program – Although there are numerous benefits for students, mentors also benefit. This program provides alumni an opportunity to reconnect with the University of St. Thomas and to pass on their experience and expertise in their chosen fields to students.
