Media & Video Services Request Form

Please provide us with as much detail as possible for your event or service request so that we can better anticipate and service your needs. Fees may apply. For more details please see our Service Request and Fees Guidelines (PDF). There is never a charge for credit-giving, course-related events.

Keep in mind:

Event support requires at LEAST 5 working days advance notice.
Event support is only provided M-Sat 8am-10pm. Closed Sunday.
Submitting this form does not constitute a reservation. We will contact you to confirm the event.
Video Editing / Authoring normally requires 2-3 weeks of turn-around time.
