myStThom
The University of St. Thomas offers the myStThom portal which provides a central point of entry for online services to prospective students, students, faculty and staff.
Setting up Your myStThom Account:
You first must have a valid UST email account. So if you have not signed up for one, begin with step 1 otherwise, skip to step 2.
1) Activating Your Email Account
To access Webmail go to mystthom. Under UST On-Line Services, click on the Login to Webmail link.
- Choose the “New User? Sign up online” link.
- Enter your UST ID Number and your date of birth (yyyymmdd).
- Enter a password that is at least 6 characters long.
- Enter your password a second time and click submit to receive your username.
- Return to the Webmail homepage, logon with your username and the password you selected during the signup process.
2) Activating Your myStThom Account
- Click on the Create New Accounts Link from the myStThom main page.
- Enter your Username. (If your email address is johnd@stthom.edu, your Username is JOHND. Your Username will be the same as your email address.) Note: Your Username MUST be entered in UPPER CASE.
- Click Continue
- Enter your date of birth using the following format: yyyymmdd
- Click Submit and your password will be emailed to the email address listed on the page.
- Login to Webmail, open the email message from mystthom@stthom.edu, highlight and copy the password. Close the message and log out of Webmail. (For some faculty and staff, check your Outlook email client for this email message.)
- Return to the myStThom login page and enter your Username and paste the password into the password field.
- When you first login, please change your password by clicking on the “Change My Password” link.
Forgot Your Password
- Click on the Forgot My Password Link from the myStThom main page.
- Enter your Username. (If your email address is johnd@stthom.edu, your Username is JOHND. Your Username will be the same as your email address.) Note: Your Username MUST be entered in UPPER CASE.
- Click Continue
- Enter your date of birth using the following format: yyyymmdd
- Click Submit and your password will be emailed to the email address listed on the page.
- Once you have received the email, return to the myStThom login page and enter your Username and your password.
- When you first login, please change your password by Clicking on the “Change My Password” link.
