St. Thomas provides email accounts to the University community to share information and knowledge in support of the University's mission of education, research and public service and to conduct the University's business.
Email services are provided for faculty, staff, and students after activating your email account.
For Students
Each student receives an email account with 100 MB of storage space. For instructions on how to setup your account, please go to the
Help Desk for more information.
Students can access their email through Webmail. To access your email, go to
myStThom and click on the ‘Login to Webmail’ link.
The University has established email as the official communication with students. Emergency notices, general University business and academic correspondence are sent via email. Students are expected to maintain their accounts and check their email regularly.
For Faculty and Staff
Faculty and staff receive an email account with 100 MB of storage space. From on campus with access to a UST personal computer, email is available through Microsoft Outlook otherwise, email is accessible via Webmail. Webmail is accessible by going to
myStThom and clicking on the ‘Login to Webmail’ link.
From off campus your email is accessible by going to
myStThom and click on the ‘Login to Webmail’ link. The University has been transitioning full-time faculty and staff to Microsoft Exchange so some will access their email from off campus with Outlook Web Access, available by going to
myStThom and clicking on the ‘Login to OWA’ link.
