Bb 9 Release Timeline and Updates
- Training Still Available – Now Through December 9th
Enroll in one of the remaining Fundamentals of Bb 9 sessions. You can access the registration form directly or visit http://www.stthom.edu/bbtraining for additional details. If you have any questions concerning the training opportunities, please contact us at tsstraining@stthom.edu
- Request Courses for Spring 2011 – December 6th through December 14th
Watch for the announcement. All course requests received will be processed and loaded in the new Bb 9 system. Please note that your Spring course will not be available until we release the new system. Any request made after December 14th might not be processed until early January.
- Bb 8 Decommissioned and Access Restricted – December 20th
Access to Bb 8 will be unavailable by close of business and the system will be decommissioned for public use. Current and previous semester courses will be archived for use in the Bb 9 system.
- Bb 9 Released – December 22nd, 2010
Any Spring 2011 course request received by December 14th will be available. Fall 2010 courses will be restored and available. All other previous semester courses will be restored as time permits and will be available as we can process them. During the holiday break, December 24th through January 2nd, please send support requests to www.stthom.edu/bbhelp and we will respond as soon as we return from the break.
- Maintenance – January 5th through January 7th
We will complete any necessary maintenance and updates for the new Bb 9 system. Notices will be sent prior to any scheduled maintenance needs.
