Media Services provides audio/visual and information technology support for faculty, staff, student organizations, and outside organizations. Depending upon the specifics of the event—for example, when and where the event is and whether or not it is being hosted by a school-sponsored organization—fees may be involved in addition to the room rental fee. There is never a charge for credit-giving, course-related events. For information on fees and when they apply please email the Media Services supervisor or call 713-525-6921.

 

Video Services provides filming, editing (post-production), and digitizing services for faculty, student organizations, and outside organizations. For credit-giving, course-related services there is never a fee. Otherwise please email Video Services or call 713-525-6943 for fee information. Please allow 2-3 weeks for post production processing turn-around time. Rush processing, when possible, can be done for an additional fee.
