Video Streaming
One of the new services offered by Technology Support Services (TSS) is the use of streamed video to showcase and share UST special events, lectures and panel discussions.

The TSS staff has the ability to encode and produce video for streaming on the UST web site. To see an example of recent projects, check out this link. UST video and audio archives

Video Conversion, Duplication and Editing
For a nominal fee, conversion, duplication and editing services are available for copyright-free materials.

Video Recording
TSS routinely captures special events, classroom lectures, and panel discussions for the UST community. Full-service, post-production is available and most frequently involves the preparation of streaming video for the Web.

DVD Authoring

Copyright
The ITWS reserves the right to refuse any order it deems to be in violation of the copyright laws of the United States. Reproductions of copyrighted work will not be made unless evidence of permission to do so is presented.

Limit of Liability
Submitting any film, video tape, audio tape, CD, DVD, slide, negative, publication, art for processing, reproduction or duplication of any kind constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damages or loss due to negligence or other fault by Media Services will only entitle you to replacement of like amount of unexposed film, tape or disc.

Except for such replacement the acceptance by ITWS of any film, video tape, audio tape, CD, DVD, slide, negative, publication, art for reproduction of any kind is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded

Payment Options
All work to be charged to a University account must be accompanied by a valid UST account number

Please contact us about setting up a standing order if you anticipate frequent use of our services.

Non-departmental services may be paid via cash or check.
Turn-Around Time
Turn-around time is normally 2 to 4 working days. Large orders may take longer depending upon the quantity requested. Requests for rush orders may incur a 50% charge if other work must be put aside to satisfy the request.
