SP Fact Book Exec Summary
To help the University of St. Thomas engage in our comprehensive Strategic Planning process, a vast array of external research was conducted, summarized, and shared with the University of St. Thomas community in order to ground the crafting of our Strategic Agenda Initiatives. If you would like to take a look at some of our research you'll see information about social and demographic trends, student related findings to include enrollments, engagement student satisfaction.
We explored economic trends in higher education focusing on tuition, costs of affordability issues, and financial aid information. Additionally we reviewed evidence of access to higher education degree attainment and relationships between education degree attainment and earnings.
Finally, we explored the economic contexts in light of employment trends, cost of living, and education. This vast array of internal reflection and external research on our local context and the national context in higher education provided St. Thomas with the data-driven foundation to help us craft our vision for the future, UST's Strategic Agenda. Please read on and find out more about our path becoming one of America's great Catholic universities.
