The Office of the Registrar strives to provide effective, accurate and timely services for all UST students, staff, faculty and administrators. It is responsible for the integrity of academic data for the institution. Among the functional responsibilities of the Office of the Registrar are the following:
- Creation of the class schedule
- Creating the academic calendar for the university
- Registration for classes
- Processing of special registrations
- Enrollment verification & certification
- Official grade processing
- Transcript service
- Withdrawal processes
- Transfer credit
- Degree Audit and posting of degrees
- Graduation of students and the commencement exercise
- Determination of Dean’s list and Latin Honors
- FERPA – protection of privacy for all educational records
- Maintenance of academic records for all students
