Space Reservation Services
 While other spaces in Crooker Center are reserved by the Facilities Operations office, the Office of Student Affairs, in conjunction with the Office of Student Activities, processes requests for use of several spaces in the John H. Crooker Center, specifically to support student-oriented and student-sponsored events.
The Office of Student Affairs reserves:
- Information Tables (Crooker Corridor)
- International Student & Scholar Services Center
- Old Book Store Student Lounge *
Facilities Operations reserves:
*The Old Book Store Student Lounge is dedicated for use by the UST student body, 7 days a week. This space may be requested for use for special events and/or meetings only in the event no other space on campus is available. All requests require the approval of the Director of Student Activities.
