| Tenebrae Service Celebrates Lent
 The University of St. Thomas’ Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist will celebrate the 14th annual Tenebrae Service, an ancient Lenten prayer celebrated during the Easter Triduum of Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday. The Tenebrae Service will be held in the Chapel of St. Basil at 6:30 a.m. |

 University of St. Thomas Intercollegiate Athletics launched its new microsite, www.ustcelts.com, powered by SIDHelp. The new microsite is a visual treat and is dedicated to all things related to UST Athletics. The Athletics site is a part of a larger project to revamp the entire UST website. |

He can speak on public administration, Chinese politics and policy, U.S. public policy, e-government, census and statistics, and quantitative methodology. |
Dr. Richard Sindelar

 Richard Sindelar is an assistant professor with courses focusing on American foreign policy, international security, international law and global trade. He also teaches courses in Middle Eastern and North Africa studies. Sindelar served more than 22 years as a diplomatic officer with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Service. |
