In addition to handling news media inquiries and other Public relations activities, UST's Office of Public Affairs produces three primary publications. On the following pages, you will find the Shining Star (formerly the UST Insider); Star View (formerly the UST Weekly); and Just For You. |
The Shining Star
 The Shining Star, known for many years as The UST Insider, is produced quarterly, three times per year. This eight-page "magapaper" targets the alumni population for the most part, and it is also mailed to recipients in the extended University community - friends of the University. The Shining Star contains news about various fund raising activities, profiles of successful alumni, faculty news and, of course, upcoming events. |
Star View
 Star View is a concise compilation of scheduled campus events published primarily for the students, faculty and staff. It goes to press on Fridays, and it can be found "in the racks" about the campus after about 10 a.m. on Mondays. |
