Soccer Takes it on the Chin in Loss
Photo: Men's SoccerThe University of St. Thomas men’s soccer team lost 1-6 against William Carey University on Sept. 15 at Houston Amateur Sports Park.

The Crusaders took an early 2-0 lead. Later, sophomore Delano Foster scored from an assist from freshman Chris Natera to make 1-2. The first half ended with UST down 1-4.

The Celts fought hard in the second half but ended with a loss, which brings its record to 2-3.

The team plays the University of Texas at Brownsville at 7 p.m. on Sept. 20 at Houston Amateur Sports Park, 12131 Kirby Drive.
