St. Patrick’s Day Mass and Breakfast

Join the Center for Irish Studies at the University of St. Thomas for a St. Patrick's Day Mass at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, March 17 in the Chapel of St. Basil, 3802 Yoakum. Archbishop Daniel DiNardo will be

the principal celebrant.. The Mass will feature Irish liturgical music by UST’s Dr. John Burke and the De Burgo Ensemble. Typical musical instruments include the harp, trumpet, guitar, bass guitar, flute, violin,

bagpipes, percussion, as well as singing. St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated in honor St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, on March 17, his religious feast day.

Breakfast will follow Mass in Scanlan Room, Jerabeck Center, 4000 Mt. Vernon. Breakfast is $10 per person and will benefit the Center for Irish Studies.
