Explore Business Ethics Electronically

 The University of St. Thomas Center for Business Ethics in the Cameron School of Business offers educational resources for people interested in investigating business ethics. These resources include videos and podcasts focusing on ethical issues or key ethical words.
The Center’s Executive Director Dr. Daryl Koehn, an internationally recognized scholar, is regularly interviewed by the media and consults with major corporations. Dr. Koehn has written six books on business ethics and has been published in the Harvard Business Review and numerous other journals.
Recently Dr. Koehn was featured on “Living Smart with Patti Gras,” a program brought to viewers by Houston PBS, Channel 8. In this interview, Dr. Koehn discusses the causes of several of the nation’s current financial crisis. “If you look at the cause of the crisis,”said Dr. Koehn, “you’ll see that there was fraud at just about every level.”
In addition to TV, newspaper and magazine interviews, Dr. Koehn has produced a series of short podcasts. Each podcast centers on a specific key ethical word, discusses its etymology, and explores its possible significance for business practice. In a recent podcast on Chinese business ethics, Dr. Koehn interviews Dr. Yhi-Min Ho, noted Chinese-American scholar and Dean Emeritus of the Cameron School of Business, about key ethical terms and ideas in the Chinese wisdom tradition.
